Common questions

Things people ask before signing up

Yes — most of our clients are EU-based but outside France. Our infrastructure is French-hosted, which satisfies GDPR data residency requirements for any EU company. We work in French and English, and we're comfortable with asynchronous communication across time zones within Europe.
When you onboard, you're introduced to the engineer who will manage your environment. That person's contact is yours — email, a shared Slack channel, or a Matrix room, whichever fits your workflow. They know your stack and are reachable during agreed business hours. For incidents outside those hours, we have an on-call rotation with the same response commitment.
We scope the environment upfront — compute, storage, bandwidth, backup frequency — and price everything into one monthly figure. That number doesn't change unless your environment changes. If your usage grows in a way that changes the cost picture, we'll discuss it with you before any adjustment takes effect, not after.
Generally yes. We work with the Linux distributions, databases, and container tools already in your environment. We don't require you to migrate to proprietary tooling or particular frameworks. If there's something in your stack that creates a management problem, we'll surface it early and talk through options rather than mandate a change.
Contracts run month-to-month after an initial 3-month engagement. If you decide to leave, we provide a full export of your data and configuration, and we're available for up to 30 days of transition support so your next provider has what they need. We don't retain your data after termination.
